We have need based scholarships available so that a child's ability to play does not depend on their ability to pay.
Players are eligible for a Youth Scholarship ONLY if they already receive one of the following items:
- Free or Reduced School Lunch
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- General Relief
- Food Stamps (SNAP)
- WIC
- Aid for Dependent Children
- Foster Care
- Medicaid
- Social Security Income
How to Register your Player to Play and Request a Scholarship
If your player meets one of the above conditions please follow these steps:
1. First contact the Fairfax Little League Registrar by email at: [email protected] to notify us that you would like to register your player and that you are requesting a Youth Scholarship.
2. The Registrar will assist you in getting your players registered to play and onto a team without having to pay.
3. You will then need to complete a Youth Scholarship Form and make a copy of your "supporting documents".
"Supporting documents" are anything official you have that shows that your child receives one of the following:
- Free or Reduced School Lunch
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- General Relief
- Food Stamps (SNAP)
- WIC
- Aid for Dependent Children
- Foster Care
- Medicaid
- Social Security Income
4. Then scan your completed form and all supporting documents and email them all to: [email protected]

Equipment Exchange
Fairfax Little League has an Equipment Exchange before every Spring and Fall season so families can swap gently-used baseball equipment and clothing for boys and girls from T-Ball through Seniors. Everything is free and you don't need to bring anything to participate. Exchanges can also be made anytime on the Fairfax Little League Equipment Exchange page on Facebook.
